What we collect
What you enter in our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, your vehicle, where you would like the work done, and your message. We do not take payment details on this site.
How we use it
To answer you, quote the work and schedule it. If you ticked the boxes on the form, we also use it to send appointment reminders and offers by text message or email.
Your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to any text message to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our Messaging Terms cover this in full.
Who else sees it
Your request is stored in the customer management system we use to run the business. We do not sell the information you give us. Advertising cookies are covered below.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools called pixels to see how people use this site and to measure our ads. On this site that means:
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people read.
- Google Ads, while we run ads on Google, to see which ads lead to a quote request or a call, and to show our ads to people who have visited.
- Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to see which of our Meta ads lead to a quote request or a call, and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited.
If you arrived from one of our ads, we note which ad with your request.
On by default in the US, and how to opt out
In the United States these are on by default, and a short notice tells you so on your first visit. Letting advertising partners use cookies on our site can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under some state privacy laws, so you can opt out:
- Use the link at the bottom of any page. It turns off advertising cookies and the Meta pixel on that browser. We still keep a record of which ad brought you here with your request, but we do not report it back to any ad platform.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat it as the same opt-out, with nothing else to do.
After you opt out we still count visits with Google Analytics. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt back in, use the same link, or turn off Global Privacy Control.
Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask first. Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels stay off unless you accept.
Removing your information
Ask and we will delete it. Call or text (470) 680-1181 or email [email protected].
