This site describes the services A1 Vanguard Detailz LLC offers and lets you ask for a quote. Descriptions are general information about each service, not a promise of a particular result on a particular vehicle.

Quotes

Sending a request does not book an appointment or commit you to anything. A quote depends on your vehicle and its condition, and the final scope and price are confirmed with you before any work starts.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, shop pay, Zelle, cash. Deposits, scheduling changes and cancellations are agreed with you when the work is booked.

Limited lifetime warranty

Paint protection film, color PPF, ceramic coating and window tint installed by A1 Detailz, whether in North Atlanta, Georgia or Charlotte, North Carolina, carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship and on defects in the film or coating, for as long as the original owner keeps the vehicle. The warranty is the same in both areas, and warranty work can be done in either. The exact coverage for your job, including the term of any coating package, is the one written on your invoice. Where this page and your invoice differ, your invoice applies.

What is covered

• Film that lifts, peels, bubbles, cracks, yellows or delaminates through no fault of the owner.
• Tint that bubbles, peels or changes color.
• A coating that loses its finish earlier than its package term when it has been cared for as we advised.
• Edges, seams and alignment of our installation.

What is not covered

• Damage from collisions, road debris, rock strikes, vandalism, weather, animals or anything that would have damaged the paint or glass underneath.
• Damage from pressure washers at the edges, automatic brush washes, harsh or abrasive chemicals, clay or polish on film, or any wash within 7 days of installation.
• Normal wear, and the gradual loss of a coating's water behavior with use, which is not a defect.
• Work touched, removed, repaired or covered by anyone other than A1 Detailz.
• Paint, glass or trim that was already damaged, repainted or repaired, and anything we noted at drop off.
• Vehicles used for racing, track days, commercial livery or rideshare, unless your invoice says so.
• Stone chips or damage to areas we did not cover.

Keeping the warranty

Follow the care instructions we give you at pickup. A coating warranty also requires the maintenance visits listed on your invoice, carried out by us. Tell us about a problem within 30 days of noticing it, and bring the vehicle in so we can inspect it. We may ask for your invoice and photographs.

What we will do

If a covered problem is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected area, at our choice, at no charge. That is the whole remedy. We do not refund, pay for work done elsewhere, cover a rental or loss of use, or pay for any other loss. Replacement film or coating carries the remaining term of the original.

When the warranty ends

The warranty is for the original owner and is not transferable. It ends when the vehicle is sold, totaled, repainted, or when the film or coating is removed. It is void if a claim is made with false information, if the damage was caused deliberately, or if the vehicle was not cared for as described above. We may refuse further warranty work to anyone who abuses it.

The law

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. It is the only warranty we give, in place of any other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. It is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

The photographs, video and text on this site belong to A1 Detailz and may not be reused without permission.
